1. The service

GetNameDot.com ("we", "us") provides domain name search, registration, renewal, transfer and management services. Domain registrations are provisioned through accredited registrar partners; by registering a domain you also agree to the applicable registry policies and the ICANN Registration Rights and Responsibilities.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registrant contact information and keep it current — inaccurate WHOIS data can lead to suspension of a domain under ICANN rules. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.

3. Registrations, renewals and expiry

Domain registrations are final once submitted to the registry and are generally non-refundable. Renewal prices are displayed before purchase. If a domain expires, a grace period may apply, followed by a redemption period during which restoring the domain incurs an additional registry fee. Domains not renewed are released and may be registered by third parties.

4. Transfers

You may transfer your domain to another registrar at any time after the first 60 days of registration (ICANN rule). We provide transfer authorization codes in the domain dashboard without additional charge.

5. Acceptable use

Domains registered through us may not be used for phishing, malware distribution, spam or other illegal activity. We may suspend services for violations, following the abuse policies of the sponsoring registrar and registry.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Availability results are sourced from live registry data but no guarantee is made that a displayed domain remains available until registration completes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
