When refunds apply
You are entitled to a refund if the service you purchased is faulty, has not been delivered, or is not as described. If your payment was processed by our merchant of record, its consumer terms and refund policy apply to your purchase as well.
Domain registrations
Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are digital services that begin immediately after purchase: the domain is submitted to the registry and secured in your name within seconds. By completing checkout you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that, once a domain has been successfully registered at the registry, the service has been delivered in full. If a registration fails or is not delivered, you receive a full refund.

Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
