14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of completing your purchase and receive a full refund of the amount paid, unless during that 14-day period you started using or benefiting from the service — for example, a domain that was registered at the registry at your request and became active — where at checkout you agreed for the service to be performed immediately.
This mirrors the refund terms of our merchant of record. Where a purchase is processed by our merchant of record, refund requests are assessed and decided by it in accordance with its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, which also apply to your purchase.
