Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account data (name, email, password hash), registrant contact details required by registries for domain registration (name, address, email, phone), order and payment records (payments are processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers), and technical logs needed to operate the service.
How we use it
To register and manage your domains (registrant data is transmitted to our registrar partner and the relevant registry as required by ICANN or ccTLD policy), to process payments, to send service notifications you've enabled (expiry reminders, watchlist alerts, order confirmations), and to prevent abuse.
WHOIS privacy
Where the registry permits, your personal registrant data is redacted from public WHOIS/RDAP output at no extra cost. Some ccTLD registries have their own publication rules that we cannot override.
Sharing
We share data only with: our registrar/registry partners (to provision domains), Stripe (payments), and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Retention & your rights
Registration data is retained as long as required by ICANN/registry policy. You can access, correct or delete your account data by contacting us; note that data tied to active domain registrations must remain accurate to keep the domains active. EU/EEA users have the rights provided by GDPR, including complaint to a supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use a session cookie (sign-in, cart) and a CSRF protection token. No third-party advertising trackers.
