Receive email with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Email routing is controlled by MX records. In My domains → Manage DNS records use the Google Workspace preset, or add records manually:

Google Workspace: one MX 1 smtp.google.com (new accounts) or the classic five-record set our preset inserts. Microsoft 365: one MX 0 yourdomain-com.mail.protection.outlook.com (exact value shown in the M365 admin).

Also add the provider's SPF TXT record (e.g. v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all) and enable DKIM in the provider's admin console so your outgoing mail lands in inboxes.
